Twenty-five years deploying heavy prime movers across South Asia

in-house engineering advisory

We began in 1999 as a specialized engine overhaul shop in the heavy industrial corridors of Mumbai. Over two decades, plant engineers asked us to take responsibility not just for the block, but for the entire generating set, fuel conditioning skids, and electrical synchronization panels.
Today, our teams manage civil foundation design, mechanical piping, and automated control logic in-house. That evolution means fewer subcontractors on site and a single accountable engineering partner from feasibility audit to first load test.
Four steps from site survey to continuous baseload
Feasibility audit
Foundation review
Load-bank testing
Staff training
Evaluating fuel profiles, ambient temperatures, and load profiles to select the correct prime mover.
Designing vibration isolation and concrete loading pads tailored to local soil conditions.
Verifying thermal efficiency and governor response under simulated grid-failure conditions before dispatch.
Hands-on commissioning walkthroughs for plant operators covering routine maintenance and diagnostics.
When our regional grid collapsed during the monsoon peak, our continuous-duty diesel plant picked up the entire chemical complex load without a millisecond of voltage drop. That is what proper sizing and commissioning achieve.
